Who I am

OoohPrints is run by Jack Agnew, a sole trader based in the UK. I’m responsible for any personal information collected through this website. You can contact me through my Etsy shop.

What I collect

If you sign up for email updates, I collect your email address. That’s the only personal information this website asks for.

Purchases happen on Etsy, not on this website. Etsy handles your order and payment details under its own privacy policy.

How I use it

I use your email address only to send you OoohPrints news, such as new designs and collections. I rely on your consent to do this, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting me.

I will never sell your email address or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else processes it

• Netlify hosts this website and stores sign-up form entries.
• If I start using an email newsletter service, I’ll name it here before your address is moved to it.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies or tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. To do this, contact me through Etsy.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
